Smokin' Oak BBQ is the newest addition to the exciting lineup of services available at Marshfield Country Club.

Smokin' Oak BBQ is the result of our General Manager Martin Acker's love of Southern Style BBQ.

For the past 22 years, Martin and his wife Paula have lived and worked in the Pinehurst, NC area in the hospitality and marketing industries.

Martin was the General Manager at several private clubs in the Pinehurst area, as well as the Head Golf Course Superintendant in charge of up to 7 golf courses.

Martin's passion is cooking.  During his tenure in North Carolina, he had the opportunity to experiment, test, and put into the market place some incredible menu items.  

The Southern Style Smoked BBQ quickly became his passion.  

Martin now brings his mouth-watering BBQ ribs, chicken, beef brisket, and pulled pork to the lucky folks in Central Wisconsin.

In addition, Martin also offers Friday Fish fries, delicious grilled Steaks, Burgers, Brats and more to MCC and the area on a daily basis.

Catering is also available.
