Membership definitions and terms: • Single membership is for one player, non-transferrable. Play subject to availability. • Couple Membership is for a husband/wife or parent/dependant child. Play subject to availability. • Family Membership is for all members of a family to include two adults and their dependant children aged 18 and below. Play subject to availability for the adults, the children are restricted to play as described under the Junior Membership unless accompanied by an adult. • Junior Membership is for any child under the age of 18 on June 1 of the current golf season. Play subject to availability except for weekdays between 4 and 6 pm during the golf league season, and weekends before noon. • Weekender Membership allows unlimited play on weekends and holidays, and 1/2 price greens fees at all other times. • College Membership allows unlimited play for one person who is registered full time (12 credits or more per semester) at a brick and mortar college or university. Unlimited play subject to availability. • Clergy Membership is for any person engaged full-time in a recognized church or ministry. Unlimited play subject to availability. Season cart rental terms and conditions: • The "season" for seasonal cart rental is defined as the 174 days between April 25th and October 15th. Carts may be rented at a discounted $5 fee per seat outside of these times. • Seasonal cart rental is limited to availability of golf cars at the discretion of MCC, and availability is not guaranteed. • Use of the golf car is limited to 18 holes per day. Each day stands on it's own, a "rollover" concept is not valid. Additional usage available for $5 per each nine holes. • A seasonal cart renter may not offer a ride to other golfers unless they have paid a cart fee, or they will be charged. • No more than one single cart rider per group is allowed, pairing up with another paid cart rider when possible is mandatory. • Couple seasonal cart rental customers are bound by the same rules as the single cart renter except that they are afforded two seats on the one cart that are paid. Couples may take a cart apart from the other person for a fee of $5, or if a seat is available on another paid cart rental in their group, the Couple seasonal renter may take that seat at no additional charge. What will not be allowed is for both persons in a Couples Seasonal cart membership to each have a cart by themselves at the same time. General Rules: • Membership Dues must be paid in full to take discounts, and must be paid in full before playing privileges are extended. Season membership is defined as the 229 days between April 1st and Nov. 15th. • Fivesomes will never be allowed on the golf course except for on the front nine between the hours of 8:30 am and 9 am on weekdays, or by prior arrangement and approval by the Pro Shop. • Tee times are limited to availability at the discretion of MCC. Groups, outings, league, and tournament blocks of tee times take priority. |
